This page explains what Drift Mesa Lodging LLC collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

• Inquiries: your name, email, phone number, preferred dates, number of guests and your message.
• Lease applications: the details you enter (contact details, date of birth, current address, employment and income, references, emergency contact), the documents you upload (photo ID and, if you choose, proof of income) and your electronic signature.

We never ask for your Social Security number on this website. If a background or credit check is needed, it is handled by a separate screening service that you complete directly.

How we protect it

Lease applications and their documents are encrypted as soon as they are received and can only be opened by Drift Mesa staff signed in to this website. Notification emails do not contain your application details or documents.

How we use it

Only to answer your inquiry, review your application, prepare your lease and look after your stay. We do not sell your information.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep application records only as long as we need them for your stay or as the law requires. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call us at (949) 602-4050.
